SUBCONTRACT OPTIONS
As a specialty theme builder, we are capable of completing all phases of theme construction and self-perform 90% of the work. However, we will consider outsourcing specific items if and when it is cost effective for our clients.

QUALITY CONTROL and ASSURANCE
Our management staff is present and on site for every stage of construction from conceptual design to final close out. We will submit all mock-ups, shop drawings, and sample processes for approval to both the owner and the architect prior to construction and/or field installation as required. We perform periodic job-site inspections and walk-throughs with the owner, architect, and construction management staff. Mock-ups are used to establish level of quality and interpretation of design. Upon approval, mock-ups are used a guide for work crews during installation.
